Custom orders:
If you see a charm you liked that’s sold out, I can remake it in similar way.
You can also request a custom design (from the ones already shown in the shop) shape, or clay color (black or white) and I’ll let you know if it's doable ✨
Custom orders take around a week to create. Price is the base price of the item in its listed category plus €4 fee.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped from Serbia within the week. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and postal services , but usually one to two weeks.
Returns & fees
All sales are final, so please make sure you have the correct items in your cart before making the purchase.
If your order returns to me due to incorrect address I will ship it again for the new shipping fee.
If something does arrive broken, feel free to contact me with a clear photo and I can refund or remake the piece.
